Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so via the link provided in your confirmation email or by emailing us directly at moettllc@gmail.com within 24 hours of your scheduled session time. If you cancel or reschedule your session within this timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate your request and find a new session time that works best for you. However, please note that failure to cancel or reschedule within 24Â hours of your scheduled session time will result in forfeiture of your session and you will be required to book a new session for said service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
